Terms of Service

By ordering or using VoidHost services you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Fair Use Policy, and SLA where applicable.

VoidHost provides infrastructure as a service. You are solely responsible for content, software, and activity on your servers.

Plans, regions, and included protections are defined at purchase time. Features such as anti-DDoS filtering (L3/L4 and, where specified, L7) apply only where explicitly stated for that product.

Provisioning is automated. Delivery usually completes in under one hour; occasional delays may occur but should remain reasonable.

We currently accept cryptocurrency for standard checkout to preserve customer anonymity. Other payment methods may be arranged via a support ticket on Discord under a secure exchange process.

Refunds may be available within seven days for eligible plans when a serious, documented issue exists. Refunds are not granted without a valid reason. SLA credits apply separately for qualifying outages.

VoidHost is not liable for data loss, indirect damages, or actions performed inside customer servers. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period unless mandatory law states otherwise.
